Martin's thoughts & notes

In the midst of my conversation with others, I often find myself asking, "Do you understand what I am saying?" or "Does this make sense to you?"   I do not ask this because of the depth of meaning or insight I possess but simply because what sounds right in my head may not communicate with others.  Thus, after asking the above question, I will often add, "It makes sense in my head."  I am not apologizing, just acknowledging that I often have a different way of looking at the world that for the most part has paid off for me and may help you.    So, as you read the blogs below let me tell you that what makes sense to me may require further conversations with you.  Please feel free to contact me, and let's consider the ideas presented for greater depth or greater clarity.
